The ACL Europe Series for the ever-first time comes to Hungary, to the beautiful city of Budapest, bringing together many of Europe’s cornhole players for a weekend (or even for a few more days - come earlier or stay a couple of days after the tournament if you can and discover the nice places of Pest and Buda sides),

This event will be played for Regional level points (former Tier 3).

Tournament Format

Singles will be played in a rounders format + double elimination. NOTE: There will be a maximum of 90 players for SINGLES at this event!

Doubles will be played in a rounders format + double elimination (number of rounds in rounders depending on number of teams)

Blind Draw and Swap will be played in a rounders format + single elimination (number of rounds in rounders depending on number of teams)

If you fly to Budapest, you can rent a car at the airport - the venue is 20 minutes drive from the airport. There is a public transport bus (100E) from the airport to the city centre (takes 30 mins - 6 EUR). https://souvenirs.vincent.voyage/budapest-airport-citycenter/

Or grab a taxi (https://fotaxi.hu/en/passengers/), approx. 25 EUR to the city centre.

If you drive to Budapest, we have 20 parking places inside the venue - please contact Tóni Orosz-Makai (orosz.makaiantal@gmail.com) with the car plate number and book your free parking place (first 20). However, you can also park nearby outside the venue, it's free from 6pm Friday through the weekend, only 1 EUR per hour till Friday 6pm.

Hotel info:

We cannot provide a hotel deal, but you should find plenty hotel and apartment offers on bookings.com. The venue is in the XI. district (search for "kerulet" as district) on the Buda side of Budapest. However some districts i.e. IX. or XIV. on Pest side are also close by public transport (10-20 mins) - there is a tram stop just at the venue (Tram 1)
